About Nothing to Report
Nothing to Report is an independent editorial media brand published and operated by Show Me Television, LLC. It packages officially released U.S. military photo and video into short, context-first video for modern platforms. API Automations provides the data and technology behind it.
Nothing to Report is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the U.S. government, the Department of Defense (Department of War) or any military service. The appearance of U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DoD endorsement.
Footage, credits and our content
The footage and imagery we package come from public releases by U.S. government personnel, delivered to us under license by API Automations. They are credited to the originating unit and photographer or videographer, as recorded in the release. The release's own terms, and any restrictions they carry, continue to apply to the underlying material.
- Works prepared by U.S. federal government employees as part of their official duties are generally not protected by U.S. copyright (17 U.S.C. § 105). Some releases nevertheless include third-party material, identifiable people or usage notes, and those remain the releasing agency's and the rights holders' to define.
- Our packaging (the edits, titles, slugs, graphics, lower thirds, captions and selection and arrangement) is © Show Me Television, LLC.
- The Nothing to Report name, wordmark and badge, and the Show Me Television name and logo, are trademarks of Show Me Television, LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by us.
You are welcome to watch, link to and share Nothing to Report Content using the sharing and embedding features of the platform it appears on. Re-uploading our cuts, removing our branding or the source credits, or using our content commercially requires our written permission. For licensing and syndication, email contact@showmetelevision.com.
How we source, credit, review and correct material is set out in our Editorial standards. To report an error or a missing credit, see corrections.

- remove, alter or obscure credits, source lines, disclaimers or watermarks on Nothing to Report Content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Website or the systems behind it;

Copyright notices
If you believe something we have published infringes your copyright, email contact@showmetelevision.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line, and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the specific material and where it appears (a URL or post link);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;

- your physical or electronic signature.
You can also write to us at the postal address in Contact us. We review every notice and remove or disable material where it is warranted. Where Nothing to Report Content is hosted on a third-party platform, you may also use that platform's own copyright process.
Links to other websites and third-party services
The Service links to, and is published on, Third-party Services that are not owned or controlled by the Company, including Show Me Television, Civic Forecast, API Automations, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, the App Store and Google Play. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices, and we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on them. Their own terms govern your use of them, and we strongly advise you to read them.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.
Limitation of liability
Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, data or information, business interruption, personal injury or loss of privacy) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
"As is" and "as available" disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and licensors, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
The Company makes no representation or warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The laws of the United States of America and the State of California, excluding their conflict-of-law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.
If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us at contact@showmetelevision.com.
For European Union (EU) users
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Authorities and users in the EU can reach us, as our single point of contact, at contact@showmetelevision.com, in English.
United States legal compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failing to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not affect a party's ability to do so later, and waiving a breach does not waive any later breach.
Translation interpretation
If these Terms are made available to you in translation, the original English text prevails in case of a dispute.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice on this page before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect, you agree to the revised terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
